We've seen about half of the new pokemon, the whole wild area (which is most of the region between towns), the antagonistic team, a bunch of the gym leaders, the champion, and the new gimmick. That's basically all there is to a pokemon game. There are a handful of pokemon we haven't seen, but we've basically had the whole game spoiled by now.
