From my observation, /vp/ is chiefly comprised of an equal amount of Hoennfags, Sinnohfags, and Unovafags. There's also a handful of genwunners and a few Kalosfags scattered around. And unironic Alolafags are practically nonexistant, for obvious reasons.
But why no Johtofags? I see a lot of praise for gen 2, specifically for its new mechanics, animations, and "soul". But yet almost no one calls it their favorite. Why is this?
