first send out any pokemon with your desired ditto nature that only knows recycle(use the move deleter in hau'oli city). Let the ditto transform into this pokemon. Switch to your harvest phantump and trick leppa berry and skill swap harvest onto the transformed ditto(bestow may not work because of the chance the wild ditto is holding metal powder). switch to your false swiper and reduce the ditto's HP to 1. If any ditto appears before any of these steps, kill it. Then switch to a mew or kadabra holding leppa berry. Set up substitute so any imposter ditto that gets called doesnt become an annoyance. Then use adrenaline orb. Use any fighting type move on the incoming dittos because super effective moves increase the chance that sos calls get answered. You don't need hp recovery because the caller doesnt really have any damaging moves. Use role play on the transformed caller to recover leppa berries with harvest. Repeat until shiny ditto comes up. When a shiny Ditto comes up, Imposter won't activate because of substitute so to check its ability, use role play on it (role play fails if the ditto's ability is imposter).
Now this is the important part. Switch into your first pokemon so the shiny ditto transforms into it. Then switcheroo the leppa berry from the caller ditto onto the ditto you want. You don't want it to struggle to death while you are trying to catch it after all you've done to encounter it. Paralyze the shiny ditto to prevent it from calling any more dittos and kill the called ditto to start attempting to catch the shiny ditto. I caught mine on a Beast Ball so it matches color and the wormhole effect it has.
