>>40013435That isn't the point, its literally called Seismitoad, seismic being the keyword here. Its based on a Surinam toad, which burrows in mud. No one is saying it shouldn't learn Sound moves, but it doesn't need to be a Sound type (more specifically, Sound type shouldn't exist to begin with)
