Every game in the katamari series adds every model from the last game plus some, and there are more models in that game than pokemon.
You really think pokemon has even half as much of a workload to do than other developers with smaller teams?
What about a game like yakuza? You ever play yakuza? GTA? Hell, I'm honestly wondering if you've ever played any big-budget title in your life. Because nowadays, every game has pokemon beat in terms of interactable models, polycount, graphical fidelity, etc.
You say that it's not a one click process to port models, but: 1. yes it is, and 2. Even if it wasn't, do you expect the game to make it's self? You really think the devs, after AT LEAST two years, have been utilizing their time wisely?
There's LITERALLY no argument here. I can't believe you people think you still have any leg to stand on, it seriously appalls me. I mean, sure, buy the game if you want, but do so quietly instead of shitting on people who are fed up with mediocrity. Why do you feel the need to defend giant fucking companies anyway? You realize that businesses operate on money right? Do you not realize that you are just perpetuating a consumer mindset that allows the salesman to maximize their margins despite putting in ZERO effort?
