The whole dex thing would be avoided if:
-They had a proper schedule for the games
-Proper experience at coding the games in 3D, specially if they lack the past point so they can add new mons trough free DLC without any problem
-If they lack the previous 2 then having Pokemon Home as a free service rather than a paid one (being able to save them on your SD card rather than a cloud service that in 5 years will be shut down).
See? There are many examples of how Game Freak should have treat this whole thing yet they don't because "reasons".
