yeah because the fighters in smash are actually important, unlike pokemon where half the national dex is completely worthless and no one does anything with them except leave them rotting in the PC after transferring them from the previous game.

Reminder Smash 4 was gimped by the 3DS and Sakurai confirmed he would have made smash 4 as fast as ultimate but couldn't due to the small 3ds screen

It's not like Pokemon UI was ever good, barring the tiny exception of BW1. It'd probably still be an improvement over material design memes in SS and fisher price designs Game Freak would shit in our faces before that.

I don't even care if it has all of the pokemon. Make one good engine, future proof the 3D models, and just start the generations over from the beginning.
