Instead of rating by taste (you can if you still want to), we peer into our and each other's favorites for recurring thematic or design motifs that explain why they're our favorites.
My favorites seem to be cute/strange Pokemon with simple emoticon faces, or large, bulky Pokemon with cartoonishly exaggerated proportions. I seem to gravitate towards ghosts, objectmons, and non-mammalian creatures.
