Galar was the region to invent the special motor that uses Rotom to power everything, but at the time they could only create robotic armour for the rulers to have a guard in life and death.
Today Rotom can be used to power scooters and other transport, they are well cared for, and since Rotom is abundant in Galar people catch two or more for either racing or transport, switching the in-use Rotom to give it a break. This also made Rolycoly an obsolete form of power.
