I don't see GameFreak doing two different tea pot pokémon in the same game (unless Polteageist is somehow related to the elephant thing), I do think the elephant is a Watering Can instead.

Doesn't stop all of the other object-mons coming out of Pokéballs does it? Or did you not understand? He's suggesting that the design of the Pokémon in question could be based on a watering can, rather than a teapot. Not that the Pokémon literally IS a watering can.

Yes, but birds and knights are much broader themes, there's only so much you can do with a teapot, although I'm not saying it's impossible to have two teapots.
