Assuming a full 100 BST goes directly into its defenses:
HP: 52 -> 86 (+34)
Defense: 55 -> 88 (+33)
Sp. Def: 62 -> 95 (+33)
Now it's marginally bulky, but still unimpressive compared to Conkeldurr, and this only leaves a tiny amount of BST that could be added into its mediocre offenses.
Now, maybe they'll go full Beedrill and minmax the fuck out of it.
HP: 52 -> 106 (+54)
Defense: 55 -> 108 (+53)
Sp. Def: 62 -> 115 (+53)
Sp. Atk: 58 -> 28 (-30)
Speed: 60 -> 30 (-30)
Now it's certainly a bit bulkier, but this still leaves very little room to give it actual offenses. It still struggles to compare itself to Conkeldurr, with Conk's better coverage, better abilities (assumign Farfetch'd doesn't get an excellent hidden ability) and presumably better attack stat.
Once again, Sirfetch'd's only real hope here is that it gets a Gigantamax and can use Z-Brave Bird-- sorry, MAX GIGANTA BRAVE BIRD three times and it sets up Tailwind or something.
On the other hand, it might just gain a fuckton of speed because I don't think Game Freak takes design into account when it's coming up with stats (Vikavolt's 43 speed for example).
