I'm going to go with Elio
Aside from being a meh design and a boring blank MC capable of nothing past a blank smile, he is outshined HEAVILY by Selene who also has significantly more customization options and meme status.

Calem will always be the first Male customization as well as probably being the only male MC who MIGHT be 18 and Victor is the Shiny new toy

I could understand complaints about design but beyond that who cares? All protagonists in the core games are just boring blank slates with no personalities, backstories, or even inherent goals.
