Hard habit to break.
I’ve been wanting them to just give us the full list of returning Pokémon ever since the dex cut was announced, it would save a lot of people a lot of time wondering if their favorite Pokémon made it off the titanic. But they’ll never do that, I guarantee at least some semi-popular Pokémon didn’t make the cut and it would likely get people more riled up about this whole debacle than they already are because then they’d KNOW their bros weren’t in. The whole thing is a lose-lose from a PR perspective so the less they probably just don’t want to acknowledge it.
