>>40069936Wrong. Raichu got a bunch of merch and cards, a different form, and they like to pull him out from time to time to have a convenient way to show how oh so strong Pikachu is. Plus there have been several episodes featuring Raichu and he showed up in the background many times in the Kanto/Johto episodes of the anime. I do wish they'd fix his abysmal stats, though, but that could be said for a bunch of pokemon.
