Honest question - why is SM much harder than previous generations?
I mean, since I hit like 3/4 of game, it started to get much, much harder than it used to. Main problem comes to how every enemy pokemon us always faster than my own. The most bizarre situation was with Raichu vs Raichu with mine being 10 levels ahead and still got outran. That and normal attacks taking 2/3 of hp is not more so I cant revive/heal up in background like I used to before.
When I was like 13 or something, I beaten Gold version on GBC with just Fearaligatr I leveled exclusively because I considered all other encountered pokemons as too weak (really, he was around 70 at League). Now I struggle with leveled team.
What Im missing here? Why I have so many problems?
