Dark type trainers have a curse where they slowly lose their soul and their hair turns grey as time goes on. It affected Nanu long ago and is currently in process for Grimsley. That's why there are no Dark gym leaders

I doubt so, both my parents still have lots of hair themselves even for their age, and I do mean LOTS, very voluminous, so I'm hopeful. Only downside is that they barely started getting a few white hairs at around 44ish years, so it'll be quite some time before I get them myself.
