The tower is probably where the pokemon league championship takes place, the building on the right has something to do with Chairman Rose, and the clock tower on the left is probably the post-game Battle Tower clone

That's not a gym symbol, it's the League symbol, again fitting with how it's clearly where the Champion's cup is held at the end of the League.

This is the look inside the stadium. You can see the "petals" of the stadium in the background. We haven't seen any shots of Poke-London beyond these clips.

Presumably, that's cause these clips are from the start of the game, rather than later on. Probably starts with the MC watching some rerun of the last League.
