HG for a shiny Mareep for a badge quest. Literally just accidentally ran from a shiny Bellsprout though because I didn't hear the sparkles so I'm fucking steaming.

Still on the fence, but I'll wait until it's closer to release before deciding once and for all.

So mad about the Bellsprout though. Been hunting for a little over 100 hours now and I made a mistake I didn't think I was gonna make.

I decided to keep trucking and about an hour after this post I actually found another shiny Bellsprout! Decided to go ahead and beat Bugsy and start grinding. Just got him to evolve, and now I'm deciding what I want to hunt next.

it looks alright, not the best but i do think people are definitely making it a worse issue then it should be (though yeah the muddy looking textures are laughable).

Is soft resetting for starters even worth the time? I'm playing ORAS which has the rate doubled from previous games and I average about 2 SRs every minute. Let's say I spend 6 hours (give or take) throughout the day on shiny hunting, that means I'm hitting roughly around 700 SRs per day. I'd need to dedicate 6 hours per day for an entire week before I even hit odds. And there's a 90% chance it's stats will be shit anyway.

Tyrunt. Alpha Sapphire. I had a Tyrantrum but I lost it when I was farming event Pokémon. You know how you always have to have a Pokémon in your party? When I moved the rest of them into Bank, I didn't realize he was left behind. RIP.
