Judging by how it has a name similar to peek-a-boo (a phrase often referring to babies or infants), this Pokemon is likely going to evolve at least once, as it is simply just a baby imp. It may even evolve twice, as usually infantile Pokemon (not baby Pokemon, but Pokemon that resemble an infantile stage) usually evolve twice.
Also it seems the tongue will continue to play a major role in the Pokemon's evolutionary line. inb4 it has a massive forked tongue like a devil's pitchfork in its next stage.
