This point can be arged about, some people will like the Battle Subway + PWT + White Tree Hollow/Black Tower because all gym leaders/champions are here and there's multiple battle formats (singles/doubles/rotation/triples/rentals) which emulate at least 5 of the former battle facilities by themselves
Others will like the BF because each facility is separated into its own gimmick
