Up the number of unown to 36 (which means adding 8 more), two to each type.
Then when a new type is released you forget the gimmick ever existed and just dont include them in the games anymore, haha XD

For serious though, it would be neat if, like in the TCG in the past, they had abilities and moves that started with the corresponding letter.
Still no moves learned through leveling, but can learn through tm/hm/tutor, and then their (most often shitty) ability is- wait for it- Hidden
So Unown T could learn thunder/tri attack etc and hidden ability tangled feet (yes) Unown H gets hydro pump/heal bell and maybe hustle
I doubt this would mesh well with a lot of the letters but itd be fun to try and implement in a romhack
