I realize that Lickilicky is probably the most hated cross gen evolution. On its own I guess the design isn't that terrible it just doesn't pull off being an evolution of Lickitung all that well. Would you guys hate it a lot less if it was instead a pre evolution? It already looks like an overgrown baby it just needs to be shrunken down.
