Fire/Fairy? Not with Raboot as second stage and the learning of Fighting Moves, but is a type that follows Incineroar.
Water/Poison, as a Spy makes sense as it follows Primarina, but I would suggest Water/Psychic.
I think most have just seen the reveal trailer and went "oooh...Cute starters!!!"
Scorbunny runs over cogs that are producing energy, it has great jumping skills. My guess either Fire/Fighting or Fire/Electric (though this leak leans to Fire/Fighting and including the always stepping forward ideal of Japanese Rabbit lore) Fire/Electric (if we look at the progressive side of the rabbit lore, but we have Pikachu the prized Electric Type of GF, do you really think they would shadow their first mascot?)
I'd also go Hare here. So Blazare Fire/Fighting (maybe Shaolin Inspired Hare Monk)?
Sobble is next. It uses Acid Armour, falls out of the fountain and sits in a meditation pose. Suggesting Water/Psychic to me especially when a spy theme is mentioned, a spy's best weapon is their mind.
Grookey revives the grass then taps the rock then climbs up to a chimney. Grass/Normal, Grass/Rock or Grass/Ground especially when Guerilla 3 is referenced. (again I doubt Normal as would they out shine Eevee the second mascot?)
