Let's imagine all held evolution items were like the King's Stone or Iron Coat and would work with multiple Pokemon instead of just one. What evolutions would you like to see?

Magmarizer evolves Torkoal into Furnoise, a fire/rock type. Mostly just bulkier, but with open eyes and smoke stacks.

Reaper Cloth gives Misdreveous an alt evo into Mismaestro, a ghost/psychic type with a conductor theme.

Upgrade evolves ditto into Ditto but it transforms as an ability. Dubious disc turns ditto into the blob from the Blob, gaining poison typing.

Trade a Seaking holding it for a stage 2 >tooth
Lumineon changed to exclusively female, give finneon an alternate exclusively male evolution while holding the tooth at any level-up

Give to Minior, have Minior use self-destruct, evolves into a Comet. Former shell is now fragmented and orbits around its main body. Becomes rock/psychic with ability Apogee that does small bonus damage when it switches out by any means, red card/u turn/roar etc

Metal coat can evolve muk into a poison/steel type, maybe it can have toxic waste barrels or a sewer grate/manhole covers incorporated into the design
