Think any legendary/mythical Pokemon will get regional evolutions? I think Phione is a good candidate for one.

Though, they’d likely be all new tapu. But a regional Koko that’s based on a Cockatrice would be easy to do. Dragon/Electric with Glare for lore. You could easily make them all Dragon variants.
Fini, sea monster/kraken/serpent.
Bulu, minotaur/bull demon/horned dragon
Lele, Fairy Dragon/ bug fairies/bug dragons/dragonfly

It’d be easy to do. All of those have European folklore counterparts. There’s basically a dragon for everything

I'm completely serious. The minor legendary Pokemon like the Phione and the Regi trio are the perfect candidates for an unexpected new form/evolution.
