Doesn't change the fact that the image is objectively not black and is a variation of gold, regardless of what the original dress looks like. It's not a "normal" person versus "abnormal," person thing either; it's like the duck/bunny, old lady/young woman pictures. Different people focus on a certain element first, sometimes just by chance, and then stick to it.
