Yes but it's useful in moderation. I badically just go on campus for classes, suppress my anxiety, come home as soon as possible and spend all my time alone in my room, usually drunk or high and almost always on my computer.
Human beings are social creatures and I can tell I need to get out more, but dammit, it's hard. I just want to sit inside and get this fucking Ho oh, at the very least I want to be able to tell someone that without being shunned by society.

I have no one left to go out and I feel as empty as ever. Sometimes I play pokemon tcg but the game sucks so bad it's not even funny anymore. I can't watch subbed anime while soft resetting, it's too hard to focus. I guess I could put seasonal garbage on as background noise or something but that just seems like a waste of electricity.
Usually I'll listen to a podcast or something, or watch Twitch streams.

Because my grandfather was German and I sort of want to honor him, plus I think it sounds really pretty, honestly. I considered doing French instead but I don't really like French people or their culture, so doubt I'll really use it.
