I'm giving Pheromosa, Speed Boost. I'm not sure how good it'd be competitively but it seems fitting based on the lore.

It also needs some psychic moves like Extrasensory. Both evolutions levitate, and the one in the anime was telepathic.

Volt Absorb would be better for doubles. Lightning rod is alright if you wanted to pair it with something like Drizzle Pelipper

I think Corrosion is the best fit like>>40159463 said. It is very clearly inspired by the Queen Xenomorph and melting steel would be a no brainer lore wise. You point is good though, i didn’t know the anime made it telepathic.

In what universe is Pheromosa a queen? Dazzling would be a better fit since her perk is infatuating anyone that gets too close.

Tried giving them some abilities appropriate to their lore. Like Celesteela taking off and flying at high speeds, or Blacephalon getting close to the enemy and having their guard down, or Pheromosa stripping the foe's will to fight.

It was portrayed as a manipulative dominatrix in the anime. "Crippling the foe's will" with its aura fits queenly majesty better than dazzling, which is explicitly referring to bright garish colors in its JP name.
