So I got this cute little 3D printed bulbasaur at a con and I had this cool idea: what if I made a whole bunch of these and made them into a chess set? (There’s a 3D printer at my school that they let us use for free). The idea was to pick two types, and make a chess set for each of them to print out. Painting is hard and takes forever, so if I just had them all the same color to match the type it’d be a lot easier.

So I need to think of a King/Queen/Bishop/Knight/Castle/Pawn for 2 types that makes the most sense.

Here’s what I got for grass so far. I don’t know if I’m gonna go with grass, but this was just for the concept. Criticism and other ideas welcome:

King: Serperior
Queen: Tsareena
Bishop: Simisage
Knight: Grovile
Rook: Torterra
Pawn: Bulbasaur
