We are going to tackle several topics in this thread, explaining what the problem is in Pokemon, along with the Fandom, the industry of Pokemon, and the industry of Fandom.

Let's rewind 20 years to the 90's and Pokemania was at the top of the world and internet worked via Dial Up connections. There was not that much communication between players outside of their own respective regions, and catching them all was truly a journey. You could call it a sort of exploration, to figure out what is true and not, with no real means of verification. Of course, you always had those kids who lied, parents worked for gamefreak, but we eventually learned to not trust these people. Each Pokemon journey was an individualistic journey that utilized each own individual's preference.

Fast forward to today, where people can instantly communicate with others from other countries, and internet is lightning 1 TB per second fast. The state of Pokemon, while still being high in sales and enjoyment, is at an all time cancerous level. What in the world happened? Well let's dive right into each section that is at fault.
