Ice should be to Water what Steel is to Rock. Ice really isn’t that brittle. It’s over exaggerated as all hell. Punching solid Ice or using ice as a shield is like a regular Water type but with Armor. Spiked Armor too, if Baneful Bunker and Spiky Shield are anything to go by Ice types should be fairly OP defensively. Their stat spread suggeest that they are, but the type chart is ass
