Yes, because I started with gen 1 and thus used Gardevoir in gen 3, before Sinnoh came along and turned it into furbait. As always, gen 4 is the source of all of the franchise's ills.

I can see gardevoir as a male but if it had the same haircut as Gallade to differentiate its gender, that's be noice the same could apply to gallade but that's for another topic)
I personally don't care about genders because if i want a female pokemon, i get a female and vice versa but i still think that gender differences should be expanded on more pokemons, and not in a cartoony way like what Pikachu and Eevee does.

A male gender variant for gardevoir that has the dress like strip things styled like a long tailcoat (only two larger strips down the Pokemon's back instead of all the way around the waist) would look nice and make male gardevoirs less ridiculously feminine. Maybe do something to the pokemon's hair as well.

Well anything looked at in a strictly social lense can be argued to be a construct. You haven't said anything about the nature of gender itself. People will always be able to act how they want but biological sex is a fundamental truth that relates everything especially one's body and childbirth. Hence the "gen" in gender.

No, Gardevoir is the only Pokemon I cannot see as male. Lopunny sure, Gothitelle a-ok, Delphox it looks neutral to me, Primarina honestly don't care, hell I wouldn't even mind that species like the Bounsweet line could be male and having one in my team.
Even knowing the lore behind the design and that it draws inspiration from a knight I still can't consider Gardevoir to even have masculine features and I never bought the dress being a cape bullshit, aside from a dress it looks more like a hakama to me.
