So those of us who actually value this franchise and don’t want to financially support its degradation are going to continue playing USUM indefinitely until the next iteration of these games brings back full compatibility and megas/z moves, right?

Yeah I know you could argue there was some questionable choices made like introducing the ultra beasts which fucks with lore or such story heavy emphasis driven by cutscenes, but don’t tell me you don’t count it the last real Pokémon game until further notice.

It's people who don't understand business. A concept will only be soulful as long as it's someone creating what they wanted. Once they stop wanting to make said thing and it's already super popular it only exists to pull in money before the entire fanbase leaves.
