Not just that, but the EXP Share now shares experience with every Pokemon automatically, regardless of whether they were in battle or not. So it's even better (or worse if you're a grindfag).

The Treehouse footage shows us that the experience gain isn't spread equally to all your party members, only those that participate in the battle will get equal experience (for example if Grookey and Sobble participate they get about 50 EXP, whereas everything else gets much less EXP).
