There are going to be so many fucking characters if this is the case. I really hope they implement lore and story for all of them so that they all don't end up as forgotten no-names. A post-game with something like PWT would be especially ideal in a generation with so many different gym leaders.

I dunno, I want to see what else Game Freak put in due to the dex cut (like they'd said the reasoning was to let them have more time to impllement shit they had to cut for time in past Gens). On it's own it's not enough, but depending what else was put in in conjunction may very much make it so.
