>>40201594It was intended to be used by AZ in the battle with the player to discover what being a trainer was like, till they changed the plot to be the battle is what allows him to re-unite with him. It never was intended to be a distribution, but due to the jump to 3D they needed to have a model, stats and moveset for it (along with an uber move to show off its power gained from the ultimate weapon). Fact is, if not for datamoines and assumption, we wouldn't have people crying still over it (if they'd really wanted to give it out, they'd have absolutely ran a Japanese distribution before Gen VI ended).
