Going through Pokemon X for the first time and found pic related, what's a good nature for it just for PvE?

Also thoughts so far about gen 6. Not as bad as I've heard, I took /vp/s advice and turned exp-share off which has made the game a lot more fun. Have had som close calls against some Gym leaders.
