The Hoenn E4 is by far the worst. Syndey is fine (Although Mightyena is a bit weak for E4), but every other member uses at least 1 dupe, with two of them using 2. In Glacia's case 2 of her dupes are unevolved mons.

It shares a problem with Kanto where they gave the elite 4 types that have basically zero Pokémon in that region.

The water sections were bad but I loved how wild Hoenn felt. Many of my favourite routes are in Hoenn.

USUM is harder in any way, if you refer only to Battle Frontier, any pokemon game has a "Battle" establishment where the adventure team doen's work.

Yes, because of Battle Frontier, the game itself is quite easy since the hardest guys can be easily pwnd with lvl 70 Fugquaza.

E4 is literally the same and Wallace as champion makes it easier than the former two versions, unless you're only counting with Battle Frontier.

Nah, the Hoenn games are all pretty easy. Relaxed level curve, lots of optional exp, Exp Share given out early so you can grind catches... Easy stuff.

Platinum is much more difficult due to general power creep, imo.
