Replace it's hidden ability with Drought, give it a wider move pool that contains access to moves such as Thunderbolt, Thunder, Shock Wave, etc., but also moves such as Smog, Clear Smog, Earth Power, Ancient Power, Power Gem and Stored Power (to fit in with a theme of explosive power the dex entries talk about as well as fitting in with a volcanic theme). For moves that help power it up more, I'd suggest Calm Mind (fits in with it controlling its rage) or Nasty Plot, because it's just a pretty good move to have on a Pokemon that is a special attacker.
