So long as retards continue to buy the games solely for having the Pokemon Logo on the box, they're not obligated to improve, because their absolute minimum is still selling gangbusters to such a degree that effort won't improve sales to a noticeable enough extent that it warrants continued effort in further installments unless that improvement magically adds another several million and makes up for the resources and effort spent.
