It is that, for everything they were, all pokemon could potentially be in the games. True, Ruby and Sapphire couldn't transfer the pokemon, but in the game code they still existed. This is the first game where that isn't the truth and it is because of the game developers, not asking their fans if it was okay to do. Now they want us to buy something we didn't ask for. Nope
Less pokemon + shiny crap =/= good game.
