I might be alone and fucking retarded, but it doesn't FEEL like a Ponyta or anything to me. It isn't on fire and it's all tiny. I know it's PROBABLY Galarian Ponyta but I kinda just want it to be another unrelated horse Pokemon.

I really like it, but the flowing mane and tail remind me too much of Alolan Ninetales + the likely Fairy typing.

Gen 8 has a lot of rehashed ideas from previous gens.

I guess these Pokémon must have cut down on their flames after being forced to live in the forest by environmental pressures of some kind.
Maybe they stayed in the forest so long they became mystically tied to it, their mane grows out to be soft and etherial and the Pokemon becomes illusive due to its calmer nature.

While ponyta was more of a realistic looking baby horse this looks much more fantastical like you would expect from a unicorn. I like it a lot. Major improvement over a boring design.

I'm just so tired.

I actually really like the design but it's just a OC donut steal of an old design. Most new Pokemon is horrible the setting is horrible and the characters are horrible. I likes Pokemon my whole life and it just makes me feel so old sad and empty to see everything I enjoy become an empty soulless husk, or even just something I cant enjoy like zelda breath of the wild. It's just...everything is shit now what the fuck. Star wars, marvel, fucking everything.
