We complain because we love Pokemon. We complained about the stream because something like that was so unique and cool we had high expectaions: so much could have been done! And yet, once again, TPC let us down.

Stream was static for 98% of the fucking runtime, so try for 24 hrs for a couple minutes of reveals. NOTHING they could have shown would live up to the hype.
What they should have done for a 24hr stream is to have multiple camera's on different routes and do a big reveal of some shitmon with a big reveal thrown in there. Just throw one on rt 1 and show us the squirrel, regional bug, baby corviknight, etc. Or toss one in the wild area or something.

Imagine being so far up Gamefreak's butt that you feel like you have to defend something so remarkably bad from almost every standpoint. This was as bad as "Empire" by Andy Warhol, except that was actually supposed to be that way, people pretty much knew what they were getting. This was 24 hours for 7+ minutes of content, and even then most of it was of pokemon we already knew about.

ANYTHING that will make the stream good. And the best part? Shills won't look stupid for defending a 24 hour jpeg. I barely see any hype for the new form reveal, mostly memes on the forest background.

The stream was about 23.5 total hours of a static wallpaper with the same sound looping every 5 seconds. It served its purpose as a 3 minute teaser trailer but in the most obnoxious, blue balling way that dragged on for way longer than needed.

There was absolutely no point in even leaving the sound on for more than 5 minutes, let alone stare at the screen for that long.

I hate criticizing stuff like this because I do appreciate promotions like this trying something different. But this execution wasn't it.

Wasn't hyped? Oh, you troll. This thing was said to be on a week before hand. They put the reveal of the new starter evolutions on hold for this event. They could have done a whole lot with 24 hours, instead we got chiming music on a 5 second loop. 7 minutes of actual pokemon content, and even that wasn't pokemon game content. This wasn't them showing off what they created, this was an insanity test, those who weren't insane stopped 30 seconds in.
