I think the only other exception is the Piplup line, who's weak to Electric and not Grass because Empoleon's Steel type makes it not weak to Grass.
So you can argue that Sobble will at some point receive neutral damage Grass, pointing at Intelleon's secondary type being Steel, Poison or MAYBE Flying, because Bug or Fire would be unlikely.
