You've only fought the Elite 4 99 times. You were meant to fight them 100, you must have lost count. Unfortunately going anywhere other than straight back to the Elite 4 resets the counter, so you'll have to start the 100 streak again I'm afraid.

dude if you have the old man teach you to catch Pokemon then fly to Cinnabar, you can catch some pokemon. Can't figure out what dictates what you'll get, seems kinda random. Mew might show up there though. I've even seen Pokemon higher than level 100 and some other pokemon that don't normally appear. You can catch fossils and some glitchy mess

Here's what you do bro. You need to go to Route 24 and right after the trainer sees you a long distance away you pause the game and fly back to Cerulean. Then you go to Route 25 and battle the trainer with the Slowpoke without battling anything else on the way. Then you walk back to Route 24 and as soon as you enter a wild Mew will appear.

This is completely legit bro.

Use it on Abra! It always teleport at the beginning of the fight, so the only way to catch one is with a Masterball or being extremely lucky with an Ultraball.

No dude when you have blastoise if you have ivysaur you need to get a gastly and talk to the old man who teaches you to catch pokemon then fly to cinnabar island and use surf with blastoise. Then fight the wild pokemon you find there they are tough like lvl 120 but level up your ivysaur so it starts evolving and when it tries to evolve press start and have gastly use Flash and you're blastoise will be gone but ivysaur will evolve to Venastoise
