Hitomi Sato can sometimes have music that feels less like a well-composed bit of music and more of a random sequence of notes to try and find a melody, see Lisia's theme and the "piano solo" in Ten Carat Hill.
Go Ichinose makes some really memorable tunes as heard in Gold/Silver, but in his more recent compositions can get a little chaotic, he goes overboard on the percussion and it sometimes feels like he's having a seizure on top of a drumkit.
