Smothicc the Thick Pokemon. This Pokemon is exclusively female. It has a lot of fat reserves that serve as both a means of attack and defence. It is said that not even a +6 5 turn Rollout from a Power Trick Shuckle could leave much more than a slight scratch on it's thicc hide.
They are largely solitary and due to their fat, cannot be easily caught, with most Poke Balls simply bouncing back off of them. Rather than being caught, they prefer to catch their own trainers, seeking their ideal male trainer to grow stronger with, though some prefer the idea of a female trainer.
They show affection to other members of their species or human trainers by hugging. Their hugs are said to be very warm due to their fat retaining much heat. They show dominance by attempting to get on top of, and smother other members of their species, though this has also been observed as a sign of affection towards trainers.
Mega Smothicc
Type: Normal/Fire
Ability: Blubber (Fire and Ice type moves have no effect, weight is doubled)
Learns Heat Stamp
Mega Smothicc gets even thicker and now has steam emitting from all over. It can ignite itself at a moments notice, but doesn't have perfect control over these flames. If Smothicc hugs or smothers its trainer in its Mega Evolved state, the trainer will be raveged by heat similar to being stuck in an unregulated sauna. Several trainers have been reduced to a wrinkly, dehydrated state this way and some have even died.
