Whoever traded that to you clearly likes you enough to give you that for not much in exchange, I'd say that they're worth asking how their day is going if/when you encounter them at a raid again (like tonight for giratina). Maybe ask if they've seen the new psychic-type ponyta yet, if they aren't busy talking with someone else.
Being more conservative with your posting habits in a literal definition would also help to make identifying you way easier. Wait before posting responses immediately, use proper grammar, syntax, and capitalization/punctuation, all this will help to anonymize your posts.
No one who was bullying you will ever apologize, continuing to ask for an apology and mentioning how long it has been since you posted last is only going to lead to more bullying.
