HA: Wonder Skin
Stats: Maybe -20 special attack and +10 to attack and speed.
Moves: Similar to Rapidash (Mega Horn, Drill Run, Wild Charge) but minus most Fire moves. Zen Headbutt is a given but holy shit the Psychic type needs more physical moves. This is pre-split Rapidash all over again.
