It doesn't surprise me at all that Game Freak is taking advantage of all of their marketing skills to drown out the NatDexers while their rabid fans take their control and damage control against a logical complaint for a 60$ game compared to past games. Their excuse?

This decision was the best they made in regards to cutting efforts and gaining more profit.
